Product Description

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Please note that size of pictures is not according to proportion and colour may differ due to individual monitor’s resolution.
Payments
All the products purchase or orders place need to directly make the payments thru the payment gateway OR online transfer to United Woodwork Public bank account.
Shipping Policy
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expense. If the buyer refuses acceptance of delivery or of a part thereof, he has to bear all expenses caused by or arising out of this.

Self-pickup
Self-pickup is only available for shipments within Malaysia. Once your order is ready, our representatives will contact you through the phone number specified in your order. Orders must be picked up between 10:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday (exclude Penang state public holiday) from:

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. Please mention your order number. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process.
United Woodwork reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
Return & Refund Policy
Once purchased, good are not to be refundable, returned, transferred or exchanged. You may only return your order due to any of the following reasons:
For any cases of dented or defects of the product, customers should inform United Woodwork customer service within 48 hours from receiving date or else void exchange. In the event a Merchant ceases trading during the validity period, you may offered an alternative of equal value, or may request a refund by contact our office in office hour.
Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expense. Refund can only be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the products. No refund is available after the expiry date.
