Delivery
United Woodwork 通常都会安排在收单后的 7 – 14 个工作天内发货。又或者是我们尽量根据消费者们指定或估计的送货日期来安排送货。但是最快也是需要7 天的时间来安排。我们的发货部门也会在发货的前 1 – 2 天前会致电确认发货日期。 如有任何的更改（发货地址或联系人号码或其它）又或者是日期更改都必须要在发货日期3天前致电给United Woodwork通知。如没有收到任何更改我们将会如预期日期发货。一旦发货途中或抵达您指定的地址时，消费者将无法退货或再更改日期。如果发货途中或抵达目的地后消费者坚持要退回和更改日期，所有的一切费用将由消费者承担。
United Woodwork will arrange delivery within 7-14 working day start from the payment received date. On the other hand, we can also arrange the delivery date based on your requirement. But it takes 7 days to arrange at the earliest. Our shipping department will also call to confirm the delivery date 1-2 days before the delivery. If there is any change (shipping address or contact number or other) or date change, you must call United Woodwork 3 days before the delivery date. If no changes are received, we will ship as expected. Once the shipment is on the way or when it arrives at the address you specify, consumers will not be able to return the product or change the date. If the consumer insists on returning and changing the date during delivery or after arriving at the destination, all costs will be borne by the consumer.

Installation
消费者可以选择交由我们安装（需要付安装费）或自装（消费者自己安装）。当然United Woodwork将不会承担消费者在自己安装过程中有任何的损伤或刮花的责任。如果交由我们安装的程序是椅子我们将会在公司先安装好后才重新包装再安排发货，而至于桌子，床架和其它都会安排发货后抵达消费者指定地址的目的地后才安装。
Consumers can choose to install it by us (installation fee is required) or self-install (installation by consumers). United Woodwork will not be responsible for any damage or scratches caused by consumers during their installation. If the program we install is a chair, we will install it before arranging delivery. As for the table, bed frame and others, it will be installed after the delivery arrives at the destination.
