The Product will be under warranty in ONE (1) year and THREE (3) years for sofa seat cushion from the date of Invoice.
The Warranty covers the following defects ONLY:
Wood Maggots/Termites.
Wood Fracture/Cracks.
Wood Connection Parts Fracture.
Wood Decolorize.
Deformation of Cushion** ** except seat cushion
The Warranty DOES NOT cover:
Damage of stretches due to cuts, pets and improper usage.
Splits such as: acid and corrosive chemicals, solvents, dyes, ink, paint
Improper cleaning and treating The Product.
Minor variations of nature wood, such as: stain, grain, texture and color.
This Warranty is valid within Malaysia ONLY.
The Warranty is ONLY subjected to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER at ORIGINAL DELIVERY ADDRESS.
Repairing Time Frame is subjected to the availability of materials. Minimum 14 working days upon date of collected.
The Purchaser is reminded to fill the Warranty Registration Form through the QR code given.
The Company will not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damage from the use of The Product, and in any cases, the Company have no responsibility exchange item that exceed the purchase price of the original Product or replacement.
